Real-world applications for logistics, services and city operations

We are proud to support Amazon’s growing electric delivery fleet in Manchester and London. By integrating eCargo bikes into urban operations, deliveries can be completed more efficiently while contributing to reduced emissions, lower congestion and improved air quality in busy city centres.

In major cities such as London, demand for low-emission, agile and high-performance transport solutions continues to grow. The partnership between Mubea U-Mobility and micromobility provider Zoomo UK responds directly to this shift in urban delivery requirements. Together, the companies are launching a pilot project in the British capital, with the intention of evaluating the model for potential expansion into other European cities.

In the German capital, Amazon has opened a micromobility hub enabling the delivery of up to 1.5 million parcels annually using our eCargo bikes. The project demonstrates how urban logistics can be organised more efficiently while reducing emissions in densely populated areas. We are pleased to contribute to this development as part of Amazon’s wider sustainability strategy.

In Munich, UPS uses our electric cargo bikes for daily deliveries in the city centre. Operating in dense urban areas, the bikes support efficient last-mile logistics while helping to reduce emissions and traffic in central districts.

Mubea U-Mobility has entered into a partnership with Delivery Mates to advance more sustainable logistics solutions in urban environments. The collaboration focuses on reducing CO₂ emissions while supporting efficient and reliable last-mile operations. Together, the two companies aim to demonstrate how electric cargo bikes can contribute to practical, lower-emission delivery models in busy city settings.

On 20 and 21 September, Cologne hosted Digital X, a major event focused on digital innovation and sustainable urban development. As the official cargo bike logistics partner, Mubea U-Mobility supplied a fleet of eCargo bikes in various configurations to support event operations. The bikes enabled quiet, low-emission transport for equipment, materials and on-site logistics throughout the event.
